2. Ticket Purchases

• All ticket sales are final upon confirmation
• Tickets are valid only for the date and time specified
• Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• E-tickets must be presented at the entrance (printed or on mobile device)

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Promotional pricing is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. The final price shown at checkout is the price you will pay.

4. Age Requirements

• Adult tickets: Ages 13 and older
• Child tickets: Ages 3-12
• Senior tickets: Ages 60 and older (ID may be required)
• Children under 3: Free admission

5. Park Rules

All visitors must comply with Gatorland's park rules and regulations. The park reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who violate these rules.

6. Zipline Requirements

For Screamin' Gator Zipline purchases:

• Participants must be at least 37" tall
• Maximum weight limit: 275 lbs
• Closed-toe shoes required
• Signed waiver required for all participants
• 48-hour cancellation notice required for refunds

7. Weather Policy

Gatorland is open rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, certain attractions may be temporarily closed for safety. No refunds are provided for weather-related closures.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or visit to Gatorland.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website.
